We asked AI who will win Survivor 50 and it’s not who we expected

There are a lot of theories who might have walked away from Survivor's latest trip to Fiji with the crown, but which one is most probable?

Survivor 49 is right around the corner, but that's not stopping fans from still wondering who holds the title as the Sole Survivor of season 50. And what's a little curiosity without a computer simulation?

Previously on AI Survivor 50... our castaways have been narrowed down to the final 7 and the $1 million is in sight. With Christian becoming the fourth jury member—after a blindside that left him speechless with an idol in his pocket—it's clear that no one is safe and our final players are willing to do whatever it takes to make it to the end.

But who holds the power to get there?

Final 7 Players: Emily Flippen, Jenna Lewis-Dougherty, Tiffany Ervin, Dee Valladares, Charlie Davis, Aubry Bracco, S49 #1

Day 21

Our final 7 wake up to an eerie calm at the Motu camp. Everyone knows the hidden immunity idol has left the game—and with it, the tribe's biggest wildcard—but now a major shield has also fallen and it's time to reset for some of our stealthy power players.

Reward Challenge: Players race to dive off a platform, untie three underwater buoys, and shoot them into a basket. First to land all three wins a sleepover at the sanctuary with a hearty Italian feast. Charlie and Jenna get to the buoys the fastest, but Jenna misses every toss. Charlie wins reward and takes Emily, Tiffany, and S49 #1.

At the sanctuary, with wine flowing, everyone's true thoughts come out. The four decide Dee is the most dangerous and she is next to go, with Jenna being the back-up vote. Back at camp, Dee tells Aubry and Jenna that the feast four are going to try and take control of the game, but they need to trust each other to make sure that doesn't happen.

Day 22

With the full tribe reunited, a quiet chaos erupts around camp. Dee, Aubry, and Jenna gather information about the reward to see where the cracks are and how they can break apart the four to ensure they're not picked off one-by-one. Charlie and Emily continuously check in with Tiffany and S49 #1 to make sure they don't fall for it.

Individual Immunity Challenge: Players must balance a ball on a disk, adding more balls at different intervals. The reward four fumble the challenge within the first 20 minutes, leaving Dee, Aubry, and Jenna to battle it out. Dee stays strong and walks away with individual immunity.

Dee's win throws a wrench in the reward four's original plan, so they default to their back-up vote of Jenna. Emily, however, is questioning if Jenna is the right move. Meanwhile, Aubry is working to flip Tiffany and convince her to vote out Charlie since he's clearly running the show.

At Tribal Council, the jury watches very carefully as Jeff questions everyone to see who might come forward as the latest threat. When asked what tonight's vote means, Charlie declares, "Tonight's vote tells us who's playing scared and who's playing smart."

Three votes for Jenna. Four votes for Charlie.

Charlie Davis is the eighteenth person voted out of AI Survivor 50 and the fifth member of the jury.

Day 23

The quietest morning yet, everyone is cautious after Charlie's torch got snuffed. Dee, Jenna, and Aubry pull Emily aside, reassuring her she made the right move. Tiffany and S49 #1 come together and decide that if one of them get the immunity necklace, they can probably sway Emily's vote back.

Individual Immunity Challenge: Players stand on narrow beams while balancing a ball against an overhead piece of wood. Aubry and Emily slip early and S49 #1 falls at the 30-minute mark. Tiffany, Jenna, and Dee are pushing their limits, but in the end Dee holds strong for over 90 minutes and secures individual immunity.

With Dee immune, Aubry, Jenna, and Emily stick to their plan of voting out S49 #1 next. But S49 #1 and Tiffany approach Aubry with a pitch to target Emily. Emily isn't sure whether to stick with the group she previously voted with or target one of them with the bottom two.

At Tribal Council, Charlie is giving Emily dagger eyes from the jury while she explains, "Trust is a luxury. Tonight, it's a gamble."

Two votes for Emily. Four votes for S49 #1.

S49 #1 is the nineteenth person voted out of AI Survivor 50 and the sixth member of the jury.

Day 24

The Final Five wakes up feeling the pressure of the day. Whoever wins immunity is guaranteed a spot in the Final Four and can't be voted out. It's a big position to be in and everyone is having one-on-one conversations to see where people's heads are at.

Individual Immunity Challenge: Castaways compete in a full obstacle course leading to a final puzzle. Dee takes an early lead, but Tiffany is right there with her. Emily catches up at the puzzle, but in the end Dee dominates once more and wins individual immunity.

Dee, Aubry, and Jenna huddle, feeling Emily is too dangerous to take to the Final Four. Emily tries to convince Aubry that they should keep her because she'll be easier to beat at fire than Tiffany. Tiffany pitches to Jenna that she's not only easy to beat in fire, but in the end because she's never had any power in the game. They both consider the angles.

Jeff asks the Final Five what tonight's vote affects in the game and Aubry responds, "It's easy to say it's just tonight, but it's really the whole final game."

One vote for Tiffany. Four votes for Emily.

Emily Flippen is the twentieth person voted out of AI Survivor 50 and the seventh member of the jury.

The Final Four: Dee Valladares, the immunity dominator. Jenna Lewis-Dougherty, the loyal, strategic shadow. Aubry Bracco, the social master and jury threat. Tiffany Ervin, the final wildcard.

Day 25

Despite knowing the likelihood of needing focus for the final immunity challenge, no one sleeps well.

Individual Immunity Challenge: Players drop balls into a metal chute—alternating tracks with each run—adding another ball at specific time intervals. Jenna is out fast due to jitters. Aubry fumbles her fourth ball, but Tiffany and Dee both look solid for longer than anyone expected. Eventually the pressure gets to Tiffany and Dee takes the win, gaining the power to decide who makes fire.

Jenna tells Dee that she wants to be sitting next to her at the Final Three. Aubry begs Dee to put Jenna and Tiffany against each other, Jenna has a better chance at winning. Tiffany spends the afternoon practicing fire, but she's not scared. She's been practicing the entire game.

Ultimately, Dee decides to take her loyal soldier, Jenna, with her to the end and Tiffany and Aubry get set up to make fire. Both get lots of sparks quickly, Aubry catching a flame that goes out after a minute. Tiffany stays calm, gets a flame that grows steadily and begins to burn her rope. Aubry relights her flame, trying to shield it from the wind, but it's too late. Tiffany's rope snaps first. Tiffany earns a spot in the Final Three.

Aubry Bracco is eliminated by fire and becomes the eighth member of the jury.

Day 26 - Final Tribal Council

Our finalists spend the morning reflecting on their games on their own.

Dee Valladares: The Survivor 45 winner—just hours away from potentially becoming the third two-time champ in history—with four consecutive individual immunity wins under her belt who had full control of nearly every vote in order to keep herself alive when it mattered most.

Jenna Lewis-Dougherty: The only old school player to survive the modern era after more than twenty years away from the game who adapted her loyalty game to keep herself in good graces and on the right side of the vote.

Tiffany Ervin: The wildcard who hid behind big threat, keeping to the shadows and laying low the entire season only to emerge and win her spot in the finals through fire-making.

The Final Three take their place at the Final Tribal Council and watch as a jury of their peers—that they had a hand in voting out—enter: S49 #2, Cirie Fields, Mike White, Christian Hubicki, Charlie Davis, S49 #1, Emily Flippen, and Aubry Bracco.

Dee's Opening Statement: "I didn't play a loud game, I played a lethal one."

Jenna's Opening Statement: "I started 25 years ago. I knew I couldn't out-muscle or out-scheme some of you, but I could adapt."

Tiffany's Opening Statement: "I'm proof you don't need flashy moves, just the right ones."

Jeff opens the floor to the jury. Cirie grills Dee on the number of people she backstabbed to get to the end. Mike challenges Tiffany to explain any move she made other than winning fire. Christian praises Jenna for balancing old school loyalty with new school fluid gameplay. Charlie demands Dee declare which jury member deserved to be sitting there over her. Emily presses whether Tiffany actually had any allies. Aubry reminds the jury that Dee was the only true game dominator, but Jenna and Tiffany should be rewarded for making it to the end as underdogs.

Jeff reads the votes.

One vote for Tiffany. Three votes for Jenna. Four votes for Dee.

Dee Valladares wins AI Survivor 50!

It was a close final, but in the end, the jury admired Dee's strategic dominance, valued her challenge performance and respected her subtle control and decisive gameplay. She was seen as the only finalist to truly outwit, outplay, and outlast.

Now there's only a few more months until we find out if any of these algorithmic predictions comes true. And while we wait for the anniversary season, the Survivor 49 premiere is almost here! Do you think our gameplay predictions of S49 #1 and S49 #2 are right? We'll find out soon enough!
