Being a professional photographer himself, Troyzan Robertson is able to laugh off his intense close-up headshot leaked ahead of the cast reveal.

It’s February 7, and CBS is expected to officially announce a Survivor Game Changers cast the day afterward. Of course, hardcore fans have known who would be part of the Season 34 cast for months, going as far back as May of last year. For all that time, Troyzan Robertson and his 19-other castmates had been waiting for their grand reveal.

For some, their reveal was not as grand as they would have liked it to be.

The first Survivor Game Changers cast photos were leaked on Survivor Sucks the day before CBS could, although they aren’t the only photos that were taken in the pre-game photo shoots. Still, this was the first time that people got these returning Survivor players years (or months) after leaving the game. Most photos had a flattering profile or portrait; Troyzan had the most

Most photos had a flattering profile or portrait; Troyzan had the most intense zoom I have ever seen!

Did Troyzan submit his own photo? Had he messed around with the crew so much that they submitted this as a hilarious revenge? As Stephen Fishbach brilliantly suggested, will Troyzan enter the competition as a disembodied head?

Apparently, according to Troyzan, Jeff Probst had taken the camera away from photographer Robert Voets and snapped it himself! Not only is the host doing double duty as executive producer, now we can safely put “set photographer” on his resume!

The headshot hilarity has spread among former Survivor castaways, to the point that Survivor Kaoh Rong first boot, Darnell Hamilton, was planning on making a shirt out of the ridiculous picture.

Thankfully, Troyzan Robertson already has things ready to go!

It’s great to see that he can laugh things off like this. As many will remember, his time in Survivor One World was filled with strife surrounding the treatment he received after his fellow male players got picked off, one by one, by Kim Spradlin and her alliance. He yelled “this is my island” repeatedly in the face of his opponents, helping to expedite his departure.

Survivor Game Changers will debut on March 8 at 8 PM ET. Hopefully, for Troyzan, his newfound laid back approach will help him go far in this game.
