The Survivor 49 winner has finally been revealed. We waited all season to find out exactly who won this season, and I have to say, it was a pretty satisfying finale and winner reveal for a lackluster season.

Thanks to President Trump's speech, the Survivor 49 winner was delayed a little longer than we thought. But now, we finally know who was crowned the winner of Survivor 49.

Spoilers ahead for the Survivor 49 finale!

Savannah Louie is the Survivor 49 winner

Huge Dose of Bamboozle
“Huge Dose of Bamboozle” – The fatiguing nature of the game is highlighted as some castaways hit their personal breaking points. Following tribal, one castaway is left visibly shaken after being left out of the vote. Then, an epic blindside takes place at tribal council, leaving some players spinning, on SURVIVOR, Wednesday, Nov. 26 Photo: CBS ©2025 CBS Broadcasting, Inc. All Rights Reserved. Savannah Louie

Savannah is officially the winner of Survivor 49. After dominating the second half of the game in immunity challenges, Savannah bested Sophi Balerdi and Sage Ahrens-Nichols in a 5-2-1 vote. Sophi finished runner-up while Sage finished in third place.

Savannah is the latest to claim to the title of Sole Survivor and the $1 million prize.

After losing the final immunity challenge to Sophi, Savannah was forced to make fire against her top ally in the game, Rizo Velovic. While it was a battle, Savannah eventually came out on top and earned another big claim that she could take with her to Final Tribal Council.

Overall, I think fans are pretty happy with the winner of the season. Based on how the last part of the game played out, the right player won in the end, and that's all that fans can ask for. There were definitely some questionable decisions along the way that enabled Savannah to make as deep of a run as she did. In the end, it really came down to Savannah's challenge prowess. That was simply the biggest difference in the game.

Heading into the finale, she already won three individual immunity challenges, which basically saved her life in the game. In the finale, she also won an immunity challenge to cement her spot at Final Tribal Council.

Those four immunity wins tied the Survivor record for individual immunity wins by a woman. Savannah officially joins Rachel LaMont, Kim Spradlin, Kelly Wiglesworth, Jenna Morasca, and Chrissy Hofbeck.

Had Savannah won, she would have tied with Ozzy Lusth, Colby Donaldson, Tom Westman, Mike Holloway, Brad Culpepper, and Terry Deitz for the all-time Survivor record for immunity wins in a season.

Savannah is also going to be on Survivor 50

The Die Is Cast
“The Die Is Cast” – With the biggest reward of the season on the line, one member of a newly established alliance hopes to earn the extra sustenance to propel themselves further in the game. Castaways’ advantages come into focus as the days left in the game dwindle. Then, one alliance member must decide if they should flip against one of their own at a jaw-dropping tribal council, on SURVIVOR, Wednesday, Dec. 10 (8:00-9:30 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and available to stream on

Although it hasn't been announced publicly just yet, Savannah is going to be part of the Survivor 50 cast, along with her top ally and key character in Survivor 49, Rizo.

Halfway through the season, Jeff Probst revealed to Savannah and the remaining Survivor 49 players that there were spots in Survivor 50 still on the line. They were going to reward the players that played to win. There's no doubt Savannah played to win. While she made some questionable decisions at times sticking with her allies when there was opportunity to take a bigger role in the game, she definitely made her mark in challenges, specifically.

In the end, Savannah earned her spot in Survivor 50 by tying the immunity record and winning this season. She's also a great interview! She's a good strategic and social player. It's going to be really fun to see her and Rizo out in Fiji with the Survivor legends.

Survivor 50 premieres on Feb. 25, 2026, on CBS and Paramount+.
