Episode 1, “Epic Party”

In the season premiere, our castaways were divided into three tribes of eight players. Joe Hunter (Survivor 48) joined the Cila tribe, Jonathan Young (Survivor 42) and Tiffany Ervin (Survivor 46) joined the Kalo tribe, while Rizo Velovic (Survivor 49) and Aubry Bracco (Survivor: Kaoh Rong, Survivor: Game Changers, Survivor: Edge of Extinction) joined the Vatu tribe.

Jonathan was a key player in Kalo winning the marooning challenge and their fire before all three tribes sent a player off to fight for supplies in a secondary challenge. None of our Final Five offered to go themselves, but Tiffany was very quick to volunteer Coach Wade as Kalo’s champion. Luckily for her, he returned with supplies.

Both Aubry and Rizo were immediately put on the outs of the Vatu tribe, with Rizo eventually winning over heart with his social skills. Meanwhile on Kalo, Tiffany connects with Dee Valladares, excited to work with her while Jonathan is in the beginning stages of being recruited to the “honor & integrity” alliance. And Joe takes off running playing the “get to know you game” with his Cila tribe mates.

Vatu and Kalo win the immunity challenge, sending Cila to Tribal Council where Joe initially wants to keep the tribe strong, but ultimately goes with the majority to vote out Jenna Lewis-Dougherty.

Therapy Carousel
“Therapy Carousel” – Castaways are forced to go back to the drawing board and reassess their alliances. One castaway’s attempt to publicly set the record straight, sends shockwaves through the rest of camp. The reward challenge is a smash hit as tribes must shatter all other’s hopes of coming in first. Then, differences in work ethic cause strain among tribemates on SURVIVOR 50. Photo: Robert Voets/CBS ©2025 CBS Broadcasting, Inc. All Rights Reserved.

Episode 2, “Therapy Carousel”

After Kyle Fraser’s medical evacuation, Rizo is pulled into the Vatu majority as a number, leaving Aubry on the bottom of the tribe. Joe laughs at Christian Hubicki after he accidentally poops his pants at camp, but despite the comedic opening, Cila is able to win a challenge and take home the reward alongside Kalo.

Without the reward win, Vatu needs some entertainment and after Genevieve Mushaluk decided that Aubry was acting sketchy, they all search her bag for an idol while she’s away from camp. They don’t find anything, but then we discover Christian sent Aubry a Billie Eilish Boomerang Idol that she’s now protecting.

But Christian is simultaneously playing babysitter to Joe who isn’t getting along with Rick Devens. When Cila loses the immunity challenge again, Joe—of course— wants Devens gone, but ultimately Savannah Louie is the next to go home.

Did You Vote for a Swap?
“Did You Vote for a Swap?” – A foreboding treemail message leaves castaways hungry for information regarding an imminent change. Knowledge is power as the boomerang idols begin to rear their heads within tribes. Then, past mistakes and baggage haunt players in their quest for redemption on SURVIVOR 50, Wednesday, March 11. Episode 3, “Did You Vote for a Swap?”

The next morning, Joe reads out tree mail that alludes to a tribe swap. The new mix-up puts Jonathan and Rizo on Cila as well as Aubry, Joe, and Tiffany on Kalo. Joe immediately approaches Coach and Colby Donaldson about working together—the true birth of this season’s “honor & integrity” alliance.

Dee plants the idea of Cirie being the biggest threat in the game to Jonathan, getting him to agree that if they go to Tribal Council, she should be the next to go. Genevieve starts spreading rumors that Aubry was going behind people’s back to plan attacks this season which puts her on the naughty list for Joe, Coach, and Chrissy Hofbeck. But Tiffany approaches Aubry to tell her about the lies Genevieve is spreading.

Rizo, on the outs of the new Cila tribe, tries to better understand who on his tribe he can trust with the information about the Billie Eilish Boomerang Idol. He decides to tell Charlie Davis about Ozzy possessing the idol, but Charlie doesn’t want to work with Rizo and especially wants to keep him off the jury.

Cila and Kalo win immunity, keeping all of our eventual finalists safe for the night, avoiding Tribal Council where Q Burdette is the next person to get their torch snuffed.

Knife to the Heart
“Knife to the Heart” – Castaways help pass the time on their beach by hosting the “Survivor 50 Talent Show”. Another boomerang idol is discovered, and players must decide whether to send it to an ally or an adversary. Then, the biggest reward of the season is on the line as tribes compete for immunity and a special afternoon with country music star and SURVIVOR superfan, Zac Brown, on SURVIVOR 50, Wednesday, March 18. The Cila tribe puts on a talent show to pass the time, which Rizo wins with his Mickey Mouse impression, infuriating Charlie. Charlie officially declares Rizo his mortal enemy.

Over at Kalo, Aubry is feeling on the bottom and goes looking for that beach’s Billie Eilish Boomerang Idol, but Genevieve doesn’t want her to find it and instead goes hunting herself, securing her second idol that she passes on to Rizo in order to orchestrate a blindside against him.

Cila and Kalo win immunity with Kalo winning an afternoon with Zac Brown.

Once again, our Final Five are safe from the vote—though they weren’t safe from the Zac Brown concert they were all forced to attend—where Mike White is blindsided, becoming the next player sent home.

Open Wounds
“Open Wounds” –Tensions flare after Tribal Council when one castaway’s self-proclaimed “temper tantrum” rubs some members of their tribe the wrong way. Jonathan and his former Kalo allies start feeling out who on Cila would be on the bottom if they attend Tribal Council. He fears Rizo the most and invites Devens into the fold with a plan to vote out Rizo at the next Tribal Council they land at. But Dee has other plans, clueing in Rizo to make a move against the majority.

Meanwhile, Aubry is trying to mend fences with Genevieve who refuses to consider it. So Aubry approaches Coach about working together which reignites the “Dragon Slayer” inside him.

Charlie wakes Rizo up in the middle of the night to create a false narrative about Dee telling Jonathan about the Billie Eilish Boomerang Idol. Rizo knows this is a lie, so he and Dee recruit Cirie and Kamilla Karthigesu to blindside Charlie.

Only one tribe wins immunity—Kalo with Joe making the final move of the challenge—which means Cila and Vatu both attend Tribal Council. Rizo and Dee’s “Operation: Bad Blood” works, sending Charlie Davis home right after Vatu voted out Angelina Keeley.

The Blood Moon
“The Blood Moon” – A mysterious boat arrives delivering an exciting message, “Drop your buffs!” A mad dash ensues when castaways discover that an advantage is hidden deep in the jungle. This week’s mouthwatering challenge reward lifts spirits, but only briefly. A true Survivor first, the dreaded blood moon leads to historic tribal council, on SURVIVOR 50. Our tribes merge, bringing everyone together on the new Manulevu tribe. Rizo is stoked he was able to get rid of his biggest adversary, but Jonathan is mad at Dee for leaving him out of the vote. Within minutes of arriving on the new beach, however, everyone knows that Aubry and Ozzy each have a Billie Eilish Boomerang Idol.

Rizo asks Genevieve if she sent him his idol, but she denies it because she doesn’t want anyone to know it ends up in her pocket should he be eliminated. Jonathan starts making the rounds at camp to feel out who he can trust now that Dee has betrayed him. Because of his loyal game pitch, Joe and a bunch of the old school players—including Coach—are open to working with him.

A boat arrives at camp with instructions to go find an advantage in the jungle. Ozzy finds it and learns he and a player of his choice will be sent to Exile Island. He chooses Rizo to go with him. Before leaving for Exile, Cirie instructed Ozzy to bond with Rizo so they form a Final Three alliance.

After arriving at the immunity challenge, players learn they’re being divided into three groups, all of which will attend Tribal Council individually. None of our Final Five win individual immunity, leaving them all in danger at the smaller merged Tribal Councils. Jonathan and Tiffany are both on the orange tribe while Aubry and Joe are on the purple tribe.

Angry with Dee and Kamilla for blindsiding his ally Charlie, Jonathan goes along with Chrissy and Stephenie LaGrossa Kendrick’s plan to blindside Kamilla, leaving Tiffany on the outs of the vote and officially switching his loyalty track in the game. Aubry tells Christian and Devens she plans to use her idol and Devens pitches Joe as the target for Tribal Council. But after being so threatening to Aubry, the group agrees to vote out Genevieve (and Aubry chooses not to play her idol). Colby is the other player sent home.

“That’s Not How I Play Survivor” – Feelings of betrayal hit an all-time high following a historic Blood Moon tribal that featured three eliminations. Episode 7, “That’s Not How I Play Survivor”

Tiffany returns from Tribal Council livid at Jonathan for flipping on her and vows to take him and his new “honor & integrity” alliance down. Meanwhile Devens is upset at Aubry for “forgetting” to play her idol because he and Christian would have just sent her home if they knew she was planning to keep it (so Christian could get it back). Because of this Christian, is painting a target on Aubry’s back to force her to play the idol.

Jonathan and Coach start publicly criticizing Dee’s style of gameplay after she helped send Colby home. Jonathan makes it a point to “reveal” that Dee is untrustworthy and wants everyone at camp to know that she’s lying while playing the game—trying to turn the camp against—which everyone finds slightly hypocritical as he literally just lied to his former alliance to blindside one of them.

Rizo returns from Exile Island with Ozzy where Coach invites him to fill Colby’s spot on the “Four Horseman” alliance to get vengeance against Dee. He plays along, but doesn’t plan to be a part of their alliance. He instead connects with Cirie about the new Final Three alliance, but when Emly Flippen tells him Dee told her about his idol, which sets him on a new path of wanting to vote her out.

Rizo agrees to be a part of Coach’s alliance in order to use him to get Dee out after she loses immunity to Ozzy, but spends most of the afternoon calming Coach down as he goes on a trade about liars in the game. Rizo serves this iconic line, “we slay dragons at Tribal, not at camp.”

With Aubry’s announcement that she’s playing her Billie Eilish Boomerang Idol, the “honor & integrity” alliance decides to put some split votes on Tiffany just in case Dee has something, too. Tiffany receives 4 votes, but Dee becomes the first member of the jury.

As everyone returns from Tribal Council, Coach starts loudly taking credit for Dee’s dismissal and Jonathan tells him to tone it down—though Jonathan is taking credit for the Dee vote in his confessionals as well. The “honor & integrity” alliance decides they need to start targeting the “middle people,” which includes Aubry, because they don’t want them sneakily strategizing their way to the end.

Ozzy tells Tiffany he voted for her in order to stay on Coach’s good side as he, Cirie, and Rizo infiltrate his alliance to take him down. Tiffany is on board with this.

A boat arrives at camp telling everyone to pair off before the next immunity challenge. Jonathan wants Joe to give some direction as he went through this in Survivor 48, but he just tells them everyone kind of picked their closest ally, so they do things differently this time around.

Jonathan pairs up with Christian, Rizo pairs up with Emily, Aubry pairs up with Devens, while Joe and Tiffany pair up. After pairing up, Jonathan and Joe talk about who should go home and Joe throws out Tiffany’s name—despite just asking her to be his partner for the challenge.

Chrissy tells Coach—her challenge partner—to talk to Tiffany, wanting to move the target off his back by saying he didn’t initiate the plan of using her as a split vote. Tiffany doesn’t believe him for a second and knows she has to win today as she’s on the bottom and likely the next to go.

At the challenge, Jeff Probst announces that they will run it in pairs, win immunity as a pair, and be voted out as a pair. Tiffany and Joe win which drives the camp into chaos as they figure out who should go instead of her.

Rizo tries to plan a vote against Aubry and Devens which Joe and Jonathan are aligned with, but when Chrissy approaches Cirie about voting out Rizo and Emily, Cirie makes sure all the votes are going onto Coach and Chrissy instead, to protect Rizo. In the end, even Joe votes for Chrissy and Coach—who become the second and third members of the jury, respectively—going along with Cirie’s plan.

I Deserve All of This
“I Deserve All of This” – After losing two alliance members, castaways spend the next day picking up the pieces of their broken alliance. In response to Devens “finding an idol” at Tribal Council, Joe and Jonathan are upset at his boastful showmanship. Stephenie connects with Joe and Jonathan about what their alliance will do moving forward without their two leaders and she’s ready to bite for blood.

Rizo and Ozzy meet the next morning to talk about how lucky they are that Devens made a big show of finding an idol because it takes some of the heat off of their idols. And because of this, Aubry wants to distance herself from Devens, so she approaches Jonathan, planting the idea of her working with him moving forward.

Joe and Jonathan say they, “hope that good people can weather this,” as they try and figure out what to do next. Jonathan gets approached by Christian who is doing damage control after he didn’t vote for Devens like he told them he would. He tells Jonathan he’d be willing to do anything to gain back his trust, including give him his shot in the dark. Jonathan considers this after Cirie tells him that Christian is a threat because he threw out Ozzy’s name to her.

Jeff competes alongside our castaways in the challenge as a way for them to earn their rice, but in the end Joe wins immunity, the tribe earns rice, and Joe sends Christian on a journey. While he’s gone, Jonathan fulfills Cirie’s hope of going around telling everyone Christian needs to go home next. To his delight, Christian returns from the journey and everyone learns he has to write his own name down at Tribal Council.

Emily tries to get the votes off of Christian by dropping Ozzy’s name which makes Cirie and Tiffany want to flip and blindside Emily. But Rizo tells them Emily will be easy to get out while tonight is really the only shot to get out Christian. The plan goes through and Christian becomes the fourth member of the jury.

A Side Dish of Chaos
“A Side Dish of Chaos” – One castaway comes clean to the tribe about a previously deceptive move. The crowd favorite SURVIVOR auction returns, with an extra special season 50 spin. The morning after Tribal Council, Aubry realizes that 10 players left feels fewer than usual in this season and she needs to start coordinating exactly who she wants to keep around so that she can make it to the end with a Final Three she can win in. Devens reveals his idol is fake which sends Joe into a tailspin, determined to vote out his adversary now.

At the Survivor auction, every item has a chance that it will come with a chaos equivalent and when our remaining players all put up money for their letters from home, Jeff announces that the chaos side of that is the MrBeast Super Beware Advantage which would be revealed later at Tribal Council. Everyone immediately goes straight from the auction to the immunity challenge where Tiffany wins, crying because she’s guaranteed to go beyond the day she went home last time.

Back at camp, the plan is for Devens to go, but after Christian dropped Ozzy’s name as a huge threat before he went home, Jonathan thinks that might be a better direction to go in. Joe is conflicted about going along with this plan because he wants Devens out so badly, while also understanding Ozzy would win at the end. So Joe turns to Cirie and Tiffany asking them what he should do.

Everyone panics as they try and figure out who to vote out knowing the MrBeast Super Beware Advantage is looming in the shadows of Tribal Council. And that night, Devens blows everything up—knowing he’s on the bottom—by saying Jonathan and Stephenie approached him about blindsiding Ozzy. They call him a liar, but Rizo publicly declares that they’re the ones acting like they’re hiding something, not him.

MrBeast arrives and reveals that the advantage is a coin flip. The group will elect one person to flip the coin—if they can’t agree, they go to rocks—and if it lands on heads, the final prize increases to $2 million and the flipper gets an immunity idol as well as immediate immunity at tonight’s Tribal Council. But if it lands on tails, there’s no vote and that player gets their torch snuffed.

Devens doesn’t hesitate to volunteer and everyone lets him. He flips heads and becomes immune which begins a live Tribal Council where everyone discusses where the vote should go. Cirie tells everyone to vote for Stephenie after she feels Stephenie betrayed her by throwing out Ozzy’s name. Stephenie becomes the fifth member of the jury.

Everyone Will Be Shooketh!
“Everyone Will Be Shooketh!” – Castaways find themselves on both a literal and figurative island after their return from what is regarded as one of the “craziest tribals of all time.” Castaways reflect on their letters from home and the family members that have impacted them. Episode 11, “Everyone Will Be Shooketh!”

Everyone is celebrating the additional $1 million prize except for Joe and Jonathan who are upset at everyone for blindsiding Stephenie despite the fact that they were planning on blindsiding Devens. Jonathan doesn’t admit to anyone that he was actually the one throwing Ozzy’s name out and lets Stephenie take the fall for it all. Joe is sulking at Devens’s actions telling anyone that will listen that Devens is ruining this game for him.

Cirie is fed up with Joe being so hypocritical and whiney. She turns to Tiffany ready to just vote Joe out to get rid of his complaints, but Tiffany reminds her there are bigger fish to fry as Ozzy and Rizo both still have idols along with Devens now. Cirie considers her best move might be to flush the idols, even of her closest allies.

At the immunity challenge, Tiffany is announced the winner before the judges make an off-camera call saying she didn’t follow the rules and forfeits her win to Jonathan. Then Jeff announces that the tribe will be split into two for two separate Tribal Councils and with the necklace, Jonathan is allowed to vote at both.

In separate groups, Tiffany convinces Jonathan to go over to the other Tribal Council bunch and orchestrate a move against Ozzy. But Aubry’s already over there pulling in Rizo to get rid of Ozzy after he revealed the entire gameplan of him going to the end with Cirie to her.

At the first Tribal Council, Emily becomes the sixth member of the jury before Aubry and Rizo are able to pull off the Ozzy blindside and make him the seventh member of the jury.

Episode 12, “Inconceivable”

Read the full recap for episode 12, “Inconceivable.”

Rizo returns to camp and does damage control with Cirie after blindsiding Ozzy, telling her that Ozzy told Aubry everything and he needed to go. But of course, Jonathan is taking credit for Ozzy’s blindside which frustrates Aubry as he acts like he’s in charge of her moves.

As Devens starts hunting for an idol the next morning, Aubry makes an observation that they can’t let him get one, so Jonathan starts babysitting Devens in the jungle as he searches. Aubry doesn’t mind Devens playing so blatantly, though because it keeps the target off of her.

Joe wins immunity and brings Cirie and Rizo on reward with him because it was fair based on who has attended rewards, but that upsets Tiffany as they’ve both eaten a lot in the game.Tiffany uses Devens as a smokescreen to try and blindside Rizo and flush the idol, but after Aubry learns of this plan, that makes her want to potentially take Rizo to the end as he is someone who the jury is annoyed by and she could beat.

Tiffany brings in Jonathan to the Rizo vote and they tell Cirie of the plan, but of course she doesn’t want her closest ally to go home right after her other closest ally went home. She instead pushes for the Devens vote which leads to Devens unanimously becoming the eighth member of the jury.

The next morning, Tiffany is upset that Rizo didn’t play his idol like she wanted him to and vents to Jonathan and Aubry about how he needs to be the next to go. This causes Aubry to turn around to Jonathan and Joe, citing how dangerous Tiffany is and that she needs to go next. And when Jonathan tells Rizo that Tiffany is coming for him, Rizo is on board with Tiffany going home. Despite knowing they’re close, Rizo tells Cirie about the vote being on Tiffany, but that she can’t tell anyone because he wasn’t supposed to tell her.

As everyone fights against Tiffany to win immunity, she sneaks through the cracks and earns the necklace once more, which throws off the entire plan. Her win makes Aubry shift the vote to Cirie, which Cirie knows is likely. So Cirie starts telling Jonathan and Joe that Aubry told her about the plan against Tiffany, not Rizo. This makes the two men hesitant to work with Aubry, feeling like they can’t trust her.

But in the end, they agree Cirie is a bigger threat than Aubry and the majority—not including Tiffany—votes her out to become the ninth member of the jury.
